

Rena’ Lantrip is the wife of Gary Lantrip, a Developer & Home Builder in the Birmingham and Orange Beach area. Rena’, Gary and their two (2) children, Gunnar (12) and Harleigh (9) live in Hueytown. They attend Trinity Life Church and are active with the youth as “Youth Leaders” and Sunday School teachers.
She believes in the theory, give & it shall come back to you, so she gives her time to charities. Rena' serves on the Board of Directors for Kingdom Builders (supporting over 3,000 children in Africa), Project One (helps victims recover from natural disasters), Children’s Hospital and a spokesperson for Organ Donor Network and American Cancer Society.
Rena’s mission as Mrs. Alabama is to raise cancer awareness and funding. One of her dearest childhood friends lost his battle to brain cancer, and Rena' vowed that she would do all she could to find an end to this terrible disease. She dedicates her year of reign to her dearest childhood friend, “Jeffery Alan Norris”.
Because of her outstanding presentations at the National pageant, Rena’ was appointed the State Director of Alabama. Rena’ has been in the pageant industry for over 15 years and has experience in judging, hosting, production, pageant coaching, fashion, modeling, hair & make-up and also holds a Degree in Cosmetology. After running and owning several business’s in the Birmingham area over the last 15 years Rena’ has the vision to take the United States system to new levels while continuing to promote passionately to follow your Dreams and never, never, never let anyone tell you that you can’t do something.
